The Rubbish Tip

I have come to the conclusion that the local council's rubbish tip is a haven for people with little sense!

Great big notices on each skip make it quite clear where to put each type of rubbish 'cardboard here', 'gardening waste here' and 'oil here'. Not one person I saw could manage the simple task of putting their stuff in the right container without either being bollocked by the employees or asking for advice.

What is the world coming too when even throwing away your rubbish becomes a mission? Have we all got so used to things being labelled for idiots that we are indeed becoming indiots?
